These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit. Failure to meet wagering requirements before expiry will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it.

The all77 welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. all77 may use technical means to enforce this restriction. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
all77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any game at any time without notice, including during ongoing sessions, for reasons including but not limited to technical issues, licensing constraints, or regulatory requirements. Where a game is interrupted through no fault of the player, all77 will endeavour to resolve the outcome fairly, applying the last confirmed game state where possible.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue affecting a game session, all77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stake placed in that round. Winnings generated during a confirmed system malfunction will not be paid. The all77 records of game outcomes constitute the definitive record in the event of any dispute.
Sports betting markets — including cricket betting, PSL markets, and all other sporting events offered on the all77 platform — are governed by sport-specific betting rules published in the all77 sportsbook section. In the event of ambiguity, all77's interpretation of the applicable betting rules shall be final.
all77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to: bets placed in error; bets based on incorrect or corrupted odds; bets placed in breach of these Terms; and bets that all77 reasonably suspects to have been placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or other fraudulent activity.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the all77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets and bonuses, and legal action where warranted:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the all77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the all77 platform without prior written authorisation from all77.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the all77 platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
all77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your all77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
all77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the all77 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
all77 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Upon termination of your account, your licence to use the all77 platform is immediately revoked. Any bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real money balances in verified accounts will be returned by all77 subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and the completion of any outstanding AML checks.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which all77 holds its international gaming licence.
